I ordered this denim backpack for my wife when hiking or riding the bike trails. It's lightweight and comfortable for doing both. The denim is simple yet rugged and can be used for the gym or as a carry-on when traveling. I wouldn't suggest using this backpack for your laptop or other electronics unless they're protected in a thick neoprene sleeve, as this bag is just straight up denim with no interior padding. The inside of the bag has a durable black fabric lining that is sewn into the denim as well as the bottom of the bag itself. The stitching is heavy-duty and shouldn't ever come apart. There's a zippered pocket inside that's ideal for storing your car keys, but not big enough for your cell phone. There's a large slouchy pocket that can hold your cell phone, but it is slouchy, so anything you put inside there will more than likely fall out and end up at the bottom of the bag.The denim fabric on the outside of the bag is nice. The bottom of the backpack has a darker denim that fades up to an acid wash. The stitching throughout is the typical gold color you'd expect to see with denim. There's a vertical zippered pocket on the front of the backpack that can also be a good place to store your keys or maybe a couple of granola bars, but not much else. It looks nice, but it is on the small side and limited as to what you can actually put inside there.The drink pockets on the sides are a nice feature, but they're not very deep, so you'll want to consider using smaller, wider tumblers versus taller, narrower ones that may flip or bounce out. This backpack does boast generous 3" denim zipper pulls, making it easy for quick access to the zippered areas. Overall, I think this is a very nice, quality-made backpack. It's large and roomy and can hold a lot of stuff. I would have to say the biggest letdown for me with this backpack is the lack of designated storage for the cell phone as well as the smaller than average tumbler pockets.

This is a very thin feeling sort of denim, not really equivalent to the thickness of a pair of jeans would be. I was hoping for a material that was thicker and felt like it would stand up to a lot of wear and tear, and I do not feel like this backpack will.That being said it's aesthetically cute but does not hold it's shape well. Would be ideal for a kid or teen, or someone who would not be over-filling the backpack with a lot of heavy items. I personally don't think it will hold up to a lot of wear and tear but if you're looking for this particular look it's a perfectly average backpack. Nothing to write home about in my opinion.

So much to like...When not in use, I can roll this up and put it away taking up minimal space.I like the durability of denim.I like the wide padded shoulder straps.The material is soft, and zippers seem to be of nice quality.Stitching is great.I like the size. It's big enough for a weekend travel, but not clumsy big at all.I'm OK with the bottle pouches. It's good for standard size bottles or drink containers,,, but not for those oversized big boys.However, there is only 1 shallow zippered pocket. So there goes the phone and maybe keys. Not much more than that.This is not meant to be a "full-featured" backpack. This is a minimalist, yet stylish, denim pack.Look at the pictures, cause that is exactly what ya get.If the pics look good, then this is a very easy recommendation.

This backpack is a bit plain but it is perfect for me to put patches on. The backpack is not padded so I won’t be putting my laptop or anything breakable in it. I will be using as a book bag ! The plainness makes it great to add patches or pins to decorate it and can’t wait to decorate mine ❤️
