Item isn't like the displayed model
The item that I ordered and paid £92 for is horrific it went totally dry and lifeless within days of using it, I followed all the information about caring for it using sheen spray's of which done nothing for it, I am now about to seek a refund

The curl pattern is kinkier than in the photo.
In the photo it looks like a 3b curl pattern but in person its more 3c-ish. I wouldn't say this is a true #4 in color either. More of a 2..a warm 2. The hair feels a little dry and the knots aren't bleached. I'm going to bleach them and deep conidition the hair and see. Its pretty, just not what I was looking for. I'm scared if I cut it there will be more shrinkage. There is a lot of density there and it looks like scalp all over with the full lace option. I know that if I put the work in, this wig can be great. I was just hoping for something a little less arduous.
