They seem to be doing as good as the namebrand filtrate only The fraction of the cost so far so good. It looks like I’ll be using these from now on instead of the original namebrand very pleased.

Anywhere els these filters are super expensive, and with the economy the way it is, I wasn’t goin to buy one, but when I saw the price on amazon I was all in, thank u for the great deal.

These filters work just as good as the 3M F1 variety for half the price! I've been using them for about a year now, changing the filters in our bedroom air cleaners regularly.

Air purifier machines are household features i love and always use. This usage is amplified during the summer for obvious reasons involving pollutants in the air that can be gathered by these machines. I have owned a 3M Filtrete unit for several years. I had used it on an off because of its large size. This caused the filter change to be reduced more than fifty percent. I had acquired a replacement upon the original time frame of its purchase.It is was now time to order a new one or multi pack of them. I had glanced at the filter size before tossing into the waste can. I then forgot exactly what size it was but when seeing F1 as an example, figured it was the right one.I am referring to the FCFMY brand which i have just ordered and am happy with. Comically i must have ordered the next size down because it does not quite fit but still works. I can tell there will be no problem with the function of the filter, however still recommend always following the instructions exactly as its listed.I ordered the dual pack, which arrived well packaged and with zero manufacturing errors. These are lightweight but heavy duty in that they are meant for the more advanced machines from trusted brands such as 3M.The recommended time frame of these with regular usage is three months but every time i remove and old on it seems like it could go way longer. Compared to cheaper machines that take lower priced filters, these FCFMY style variations are clearly meant to filter out more random air debris. They have a whole inner layer that the cheaper circular styles do not have.I recommend these and am happy i can now choose an alternative to the expensive name brand filters.
