Nice. Soft.
I recently purchased several different wool blankets to evaluate for camping. This one was the 2nd most expensive one, and one of the ones that I like the most. All of the wool blankets I purchased had a smell to them (this is normal). This blanket's smell was mild, and it lost its smell by just airing it out (indoors) for several days.I have not washed any of the blankets yet, and several of them (including this one) have a slightly oily feel.It looks more durable than some of the cheaper ones, is slightly above average thickness, and is amongst the softest of the group. I'm happy to cuddle up in it.Looks as pictured.

Cozy Elegance: Comfy Luxurious Blanket
I recently purchased the Pure Wool Blanket in Queen Size, proudly labeled as 100% Australian wool, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and warmth. This blanket has quickly become a staple in my home, providing a level of coziness that is unmatched. The texture is exceptionally soft and luxurious, making it a pleasure to snuggle under during chilly nights. Surprisingly, it lacks the typical itchiness associated with wool, which adds to its overall comfort. The warmth it provides is truly impressive. Despite its softness, the blanket efficiently retains heat, keeping me comfortably warm without causing overheating. It strikes the perfect balance, adapting to the surrounding temperature to ensure a cozy and relaxing experience. While the label claims it's 100% Australian wool, I can understand the skepticism, as the blanket feels incredibly soft for wool. Regardless of the composition, the quality and feel are undeniable. It might not have the traditional texture expected from wool, but the result is a blanket that is gentle on the skin and pleasurable to use.In conclusion, the Pure Wool Blanket in Queen Size has become a favorite in my household, providing a perfect combination of comfort, warmth, and elegance. Whether draped over the bed or wrapped around for a snug evening on the couch, this blanket delivers an indulgent experience that makes it worth the investment. If you're seeking a luxurious and inviting blanket that challenges conventional expectations of wool, this one is sure to impress.

Breathable yet warm
This blanket will definitely keep you warm without suffocating you. Mainly got as a camping blanket because wool is supposed to keep you warm even if it gets wet. I decided to test it during a nap (80 degrees in Oklahoma) and woke up 4 hours later with the cat on my lap. Never got too sweaty. Good thickness, but because it is a natural material, the smell is noticeable and the fabric is Firm/Stiff, so the wife says it’s “scratchy”Personally, I think this is a great blanket that I would use year round.

Very spft, no smell
I read reveiews that claimed it wasnt real wool. The label sewn in says its all wool. Feels like soft wool to me. Has a polyester border sewn on the edges. At any rate, Im pleased and I like the color.

Wonderful
Finally found a great quality wool blanket with satin edging. This blanket came squished in a plastic sealed bag. I removed it and put it into the wash on gentle with cold water and Woolite. Due to a slight odor I used vinegar in the rinse cycle. Dried it on low. Finished drying it draped over some chairs. The dryer lint trap was filled with a lot of wool that was shed. This is normal. The blanket fluffed to normal size and is quite heavy. This blanket will be all I need to keep me warm this winter.

Made in China, thin blanket
I feel misled by the 100% Australian wool header then finding out it is made in China. The blanket looks nice. It is much thinner than I expected for the price. It is slightly thicker than a flannel sheet. It comes with a canvas-like bag to wash or dry the blanket, presumably. I am afraid it will disintegrate into a ball of fluff when I wash it. Otherwise fine, no smell, edges are neatly trimmed.

Right product received on time.
Product is a gift. Wished item could be shipped to someone out of Canada, ie other country close to product origin. Now, I have to carry in my luggage.

Expensive but worth it. Blanket is very light and is very soft.
Blanket keeps me warm at night. Also, very soft, almost fuzzy. Definitely very light, so if you do not like heavy blankets, this should get serious consideration. Received it the first week in July and it is wonderful.Had a merino blanket when I was a child and it kept me warm during the winter nights in northern Ontario. My wife had never used one but loves it too.

Made in China
The product description doesn't reveal it, but although the blanket is made with beautiful Australian wool, it is made in China, so if you're looking for an ethically manufactured item, this blanket is a bit dubious. That said, the blanket is beautiful, fits my queen sized bed perfectly, it claims to be machine washable (I won't test it until I have to), no sheep or chemical odor. The product arrived in a reusable/recyclable cardboard box containing a reusable storage case (a bit flimsy, but points for being at least somewhat reusable).
