Q: My baby needed to upgrade to a flow 3 but I was using the old version which ones would be comparable to a flow 3 from the old version?

I would say 1. My daughter used old version flow 1 and the comparable size of the new version was flow 3. But the flow of the new version nipple is terrible. Baby sucks and sucks and barely gets milk out. I don’t know what they changed something that was good.

If you are asking about using these nipples for the Avent Anti Colic with the green bill, yes they actually do fit! It seems all Avent bottles are interchangeable! I use both with my baby! I prefer the natural over the green bill due to leaking!
