I was looking at a number of headrest brackets and wanted to steer clear of those that used just velcro and opted for this one. The plastic design seems pretty sturdy but I get the feeling that perhaps over time, with heat from the sun through the car that the plastic could become brittle. But time will tell. Installation was easy and I didn't need the instructions as it was self explanatory. Speaking of the instructions, they come in several languages but you can really tell that they've been translated from another language as the English terrible. But with it being easy to install you won't need them! The tablet I am using with it is the Kindle Fire Hd8 kids edition. This comes with a really thick casing around it and it fits in to the bracket with no problems. The bracket will take anything from a mobile phone to an ipad. All in all, happy with the purchase.

Although this fits nicely onto the headrest and feels well attached, the quality of the tablet mount is much lighter than I'd hoped. It takes our Tab A which in a case well but it releases too easily as the clamps are on the flimsy side, so ok (ish) for normal use but wouldn't be great in an accident

Put this up in my car and instantly didn’t like it. I had one previous to this that held the DVD player much better. This one falls down and keeps moving with any bump in the road (there’s lots more than you think!) and it makes the most awful plastic cracking noise. It was so loud I thought rocks had hitten my car window at first, until it kept going on and on. Even when it has fallen down as low at it can go, it still makes the plastic cracking sound with the cars movements, so you’re always reminded it’s there. Unfortunately I have to spend more money now trying to find one similar to my old one.

This is an odd screen mount. It touts itself as compatible with multiple devices, including tablets (which is what I wanted it for), but the actual screen grips do no adjust closer to the screen to act like a vice, meaning you are solely reliant on the ribber grip - leaving a bit of a loose device. I resorted to leaving the child's tablet sponge holder on (a good inch thick) to keep the grip tight.Not bad but not the best in the same price range.

This headrest holder is suitable for both ipad and portable DVD and 7-12 inch tablets and is easy to install and adjust. To use properly the included user manual is very useful. I found to fit the tablet securely because of the weight all four clips need to be tightened evenly before locking the bracket. But the illustrated instructions are easy to follow. Hoping this will help to stop our grand kids getting bored on a long car journey.

Few weeks and fittings came loose so DVD fell down. Only way use this is once set at angle you want get good quality glue and set it . Or it will break possibly needing new DVD player

This worked really well. Very easy to set up and adjust. It feels like it could be sturdier but no problems so far. Once set up it is very straightforward to insert the tablet.

I ordered it for my son to use it for iPad on long routes and must say it does the job very well, excellent grip very easy to install even my 8 year old done it by himself in just 5 min it’s that simple the rotation feature is very good and quality is as shown in the pictures, good value for money
