I ordered this Ergothioneine MitoPrime® to see if I could reduce my caffeine intake without compromising my energy levels. And so far this appears to be a successful experiment. Simple but good ingredients, easy to take, and no negative effects. And less caffeine daily. Win win.

Noticing a small difference skin no other changes
I've been taking these for a little while now but never really noticed much of a difference while taking it. No noticeable performance changes when exercising. I did notice that my skin seems to be a little bit better since I've been taking it but that's about it. Maybe the dose the recommend isn't high enough. Will continue to supplement with this and come back for a future update. So far though I can only give it three stars and that just for the skin clearing up a little bit.

great for a kick in the brain space!
As a 30-something-yr-old new to L Ergo Theoneine, I’m already seeing noticeable changes in my focus. It’s realy helped me push through those mental marathons without feeling too drained. The taste is slightly weird, but it’s still tolerable . I haven’t experienced any severe side effects yet, although I do get a mild headache if I take too much. Overall, I’d definitely reccomend it to anyone looking for a mental boost without going overboard on caffeine which is the baseline here.
