Phenomenal!
I’ve purchased multiple knives, expensive and highly reviewed. But this knife is probably the best knife I’ve ever had. It’s super sharp, slicing onions feels like I am slicing through butter with a hot knife. Can’t say enough good stuff.

Wonderful knife
Just a great Japanese Chef's Knife. Quality blade and handle and everything you would expect from this legendary piece of cutlery. Not cheap but not way out there expensive. Very good value for the money. Be careful though, it's wicked sharp out of the box. Holds it's edge well.

I purchased this knife as a gift because of how much I love mine. It’s sharp, has a good feel in the hand, easy to maneuver and retains a good edge not mention that it’s beautiful.
