although if you're thinking of using these in trainer I wouldn't recommend it as they can be noticeable to other people
this product works just the way it should, although if you're thinking of using these in trainer I wouldn't recommend it as they can be noticeable to other people, this product works best in a pair of high ankle shoes or boots.these are rather comfortable due to their gel soul.overall rating... 8/10

Levels up my hubby’s height due to one leg in a moonboot! No more hobbling! Very happy
My hubby has one foot in a moonboot, due to an injury. This insole has been inserted into his shoe for the other foot, in order to level up his height. It works perfectly and saves any hobbling about! Wish we had bought this sooner. 😊
