Pros:- Ingredients include vitamins D# and K2, cayenne, hawthorn, organic beet, organic Ceylon cinnamon extract, etc.- The bottle holds 30 servings, which lasts for a month.- Supplement helps with metabolic support, improves energy, weight management, supports immune system, and helps overall well-being.Cons:- Taste bad. However, I continue to take the supplement for the health benefits.

I saw another reviewer post that they are using this in carbonated drinks and I thought that was an excellent use for this dropper not only to get supplementation but to add flavor to my carbonated water drinks. I dropped a few drops into my carbonated water drink, and it actually worked out really well. I added a couple more drops for extra flavor and since they're mainly natural ingredients anyway I figured it would be fine if I slightly exceeded the recommended dosage. The cinammony taste is actually pretty good but it does get a bit muted when you add it to carbonated drinks. In my case, my machine can only carbonate water so I just added the straight toe carbonate water with no other flavorings.The price seems quite reasonable considering it's a multi pack and you do get to get a significant amount of usage from these droppers because of the serving size. I just happened to use more because I wanted to provide some more flavor in my drink. It is a bit difficult for me to tell at this time on how effective it is. I'm not necessarily noticing a significant difference but I suspect it will take some more time period I have been taking this for a few weeks now. I would say that you should probably check in with your wellness team to make sure this is good for you to take with whatever else you might be taking. Otherwise, I think I will continue to add this because I am a fan of natural supplementation and that's what this pretty much is!

My concern with cayenne anything is whether it will actually be hot/burny. These drops seemed pretty mild, so if that's what you're looking for, these will do. Price at time of order was average as compared to a quick item search for drops with similar ingredients, so for that I rate it 3 stars, meaning "average", with no major benefits or drawbacks as compared to other similar drops.

Received item this morning. Gave it a good shake, opened it and noticed that the liquid is almost clear white. I had this product before and it was darker and you could smell the cinnamon from it. Not this one, believe it was sitting too long somewhere

I ALWAYS ADD DROPPERS TO MY TONGUE. THE TASTE IS CINNAMON WITH ACV SO ITS NOT BAD AND IT EASILY COMES OUT OF DROPPER. SUCH GREAT BENEFITS.

They're drops, not capsules. Note that the description in the listing is a little cookie cutter. Drops work well though. Same ingredient list as other competitors so just go based off of price. I put the drops into drinks and don't notice the flavor, otherwise the flavor of the drops themselves is not particularly great. Limited success in coffee but other drinks like carbonated have been good.
