The switch lights up when on.

I used this product on my motorcycle every time I put the cigarette lighter in the port even without trying to push it in to light a cigarette just putting it in the housing would blow the fuse so after I got that fixed I was going down the road and the ladder popped out and fell off in the road LOL

Soon as I installed unit the fuse burnt out. Installed new one and it was fine. Then the first time I take the bike for a ride the lighter fell apart while I was riding.

its great and had the chance to test it when i got a flat tire, ahd helpful wne the cel is running low on battery, its really really good
