I have been trying these for just a couple weeks, I had hit a weight loss stall, hoping this would help get the scale moving again. So far, they are not bothering my stomach at all. Hoping it helps with the scale. I love the large quantity that you get for the price.

I have been taking berberine supplements for quite a while, and the Micro Ingredients Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon and Chromium Complex seems to be as good as any I have tried. While I can't say for sure what benefit that any berberine I have tried does or does not have, I can say that this berberine supplement has no unusual taste, is easy to swallow, and does not upset my stomach. I don't know whether the cinnamon and chromium included in these capsules have any positive effects, but they are not anything that I would worry about taking. There are several things I like about this berberine supplement. One is that the capsules do not have a large number of extra ingredients or fillers. another is that the seller states the supplement is third party tested, and finally, the price is very reasonable for a berberine supplement. Overall, I recommend the Micro Ingredients Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon and Chromium Complex and would buy more of them.
