Battery's needed and it needs a top for water spills

Arrived box damaged and D.O.A
The media could not be loaded. The shipped box arrived sealed, however the toy box came with a cut across the box indicating it was sent that way. Inside when opening the box also had torn cardboard indicating the item was not new.To top it off the dial is very flimsy and it was dead on arrival. Very poor for $58.
