Does what it needs to but tears off the paper towels edges
The paper towel dispenser is good looking and easy to install. It comes with a lock and key, which is appreciated. It's also easy to load. My only complaint is that the opening at the bottom is not quite wide enough for standard trifold paper towels. Although they do fit through the opening, there isn't much room to spare. With customers/clients/employees often pulling the towels out quickly (like everyone does), the towels regularly tear on the edges and leave torn towel bits all over the sink and floor, which gets messy fast. Otherwise, it's a good product. It would be nice if it didn't leave such a mess.

It looks good and it's clearly a quality built well product but it states that MULTIFOLD towels can be used and guaranteed to dispense one at a time to save costs. It does even better. It dispenses pieces of a towel at a time so you have shreds of towel all over the floor to clean up as well. It might work great for C fold but that's not what we use. I don't know what to do with this as the guarantee states it won't dispense more than one at a time and doesn't specify if pulling out pieces is considered one at a time. Maybe I'll let Amazon know and see what happens. At this point, I'm just going to order a different one.

Bought for a dental office
I bought these for a new dental office build. They haven't gone on the wall quite yet, but they look nice with the dark stainless steel and seem to be good quality. We preferred a smaller dispenser as the larger ones always cause the paper towels to tear when too many towels are loaded in the unit. We are hoping these smaller units will fix the problem of our staff over loading them.

Stains All Over
Any touch or contact, from a fingertip/fingerprint or from a cleaning solution of any kind leaves stains on this towel dispenser. Water didn’t work, expensive cleaning solutions didn’t work. Makes the stain worse. Take a look at my picture attached. Not cool at all!!! Do not buy!

Not an eye sore!
Small enough that I won’t be an eye sore and big enough that’ll hold a fair amount of c fold towels. Definitely recommend!
