Restrictions but it definitely works
Need to follow food restrictions but you will lose at min 10% of your weight with each round. About 1/2-1lb per day. But if you don’t continue a healthy eating lifestyle afterwards you will gain it back. But it has worked for me post menopausal.

Love when used before, but never arrived this time. Ghosted after asking about it. Do better.
I've used this product several times and it works great. But no product is worth wading through a company that ghosts you with no refund or replacement. Ordered July 1, 2023, still not received. Messaged July 30th, I was asked me to provide my address again, which I did. No further communication. August 27th: apparently ghosted, neither refunded NOR replaced the order. 2 Months, guys, come on. Amazon says I can’t cancel it, “because it’s still expected to arrive.” Right. Please, sir or madam, I don't want a refund, just want what I ordered, or an explanation of what happened would be a courtesy. No further reply ANY of my messages: August 9th, August 11th, August 15th, August 27. Do better. Please try.
