Description
Cutimed Sorbact WCL is a one of a kind wound contact layer. Not only does it provide a non-adherent layer between the wound and a secondar absorbent dressing, but it is also impregnated with a non-chemical agent that irreversibly binds with wound bacteria in only 30 seconds. This reduces wound odor and wound pain by reducing the bacterial load. Which each dressing change bacteria is removed from the wound. This promotes the natural wound healing process. Cutimed Sorbact WCL is ideal for shallow wounds and under compression. It can be used on all types of contaminated, colonized or infected exudating wounds.

Read the fine print
The product itself work wonderfully well, my Wound Therapist couldn't be happier with the results. My issue is with ad itself. I caught it on a good day when there was a sale 75% off, so I ordered what i thought were 2 boxes of ten. What I got was 2 sheets. Looking closely at the ad, the price is per piece not per box. While I will buy this again, it probably will not be from this seller.

For open wounds
I was told about this product when I was in the hospital being treated for venous ulcers on my feet. I have used many different treatments over the years and this has been the best for me. It's very easy to use and this size package is most economical, yes it's expensive but for the amount you get its a better deal.
