Great Little Bluetooth Transmitter
I've got a Palm Tungsten E2 and a Razr cell phone which have bluetooth capability. I bought this inexpensive little item to use on my Mac computer in one of the USB ports. Now I can transfer photos and video from my cell to the computer and move files and photos in both directions on my Palm. The one drawback is its so tiny its easy to misplace on your desk. It will run on any Mac/PC tower or laptop and at least for Macs it was recognized immediately by the OS and performed perfectly. I might get a second one to keep permanently with my laptop so I don't have to remove it from my desktop computer.

Just plain doesn't work
I bought it to use with my bluetooth headset that works fine with my phone and also for a new set of bluetooth speakers. I had problems from the beginning. First of all, the software that they provide with it is an old version of BlueSoleil. So since I didn't know if the dongle wasn't working properly because of the older software or if something was wrong with the dongle itself, I forked out the $30 to buy the new version of Blue Soleil and I still couldn't get a connection with my headset. It paired, but when I tried to play music with Windows Media Player or Sprint Music Manager or whatever, it showed there was a connection but I'd hear one second or so of music through the headset or it was silent. Mostly silent. My player would say it's playing but no sound coming out of headsets or computer. So I ended up buying a new dongle at the store for $15 and it works beautifully. Plus it's small and doesn't get in the way, so I can just leave it in all the time, since I use a laptop.I don't know, maybe this product was just not compatible with my computer or something, it just wouldn't work for me.My advice, if you're buying something cheap like this and it'll cost more to send it back then it's worth, then go ahead and buy it at a local store where you can return it without paying shipping costs.

Spend your money on something of better quality, software and that comes with instructions
Not friendly for windows XP, too many issues. Spend your money on something of better quality, software and that comes with instructions.

2.0 Bluetooth Dongle
I needed an earlier version of Blue tooth to access an old device. I loaded the software and plugged in the USB antenna and it worked perfect.I would recommend this device to anyone looking to connect to legacy devices.

Very good product since I buy it four years ago.
It's very easy to use it, I have tested with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 with no problems. I decided to use without the software driver I just put it on the USB port before turning off the machine. It was detected with no problem and some features of SE phones were very interesting to be used, like its functionality to control mouse, very useful for presentations.I have used several phones with total confidence. Nice product, still working now!

Bluetooth for you computer
I bought this over a year ago and have a lot of fun with it. I works great for transporting song, pics and video from phone to computer or computer to computer, without a data cable. I have used this on Windows XP, Vista and 7 and have no malfunctions or driver issues. Windows makes it easy to install. I don't recommend the software. It is easier to use as just a blue-tooth dongle.

A dingle, a dangle, a worthless little dongle.
This product did not work when it arrived. I tried to get it to work with another 2.4Ghz device and Windows 7 would not even recognize the device even with the enclosed drivers.
