Full of incorrect answers and bad layout
I wonder if anyone from Mensa actually proof read this book before publication or if they just lent their name to someone elses book, I am leaning towards the latter as there are a number of wrong answers to some of the questions. There are a number of problems with this book...1) Some of the questions rely on devising up a square with shapes in, however the layout of the entire book means these questions are display in an diagonal isometric viewpoint which is counteractive to what the puzzle requires you to do and you can tell that this was done by the person laying out the book, not the person setting the questions.2) The book does not give explanations with the answers so there is no way to tell how they got to their answer, which is frustrating as some of the answers given are obviously wrong.3) The book is full of wrong answers. I have been using this book to give daily quizzes to 10 work colleagues with highly technical maths, science, and programming experience and we have all agreed that some of the answers are clearly wrong. We are currently up to question 47 and so far the answers to questions 13, 22 (there is a misprint), and 46 are incorrect. Questions 4 is VERY badly worded, 8's logic is too stupid for words.I expect better from a book that is supposed to be representing the bastion of intelligence.

Bad print layout design
Although this book is full of some quite challenging puzzles, I found the print layout extremely frustrating. Some of the puzzles are based inside a ‘square’ shape - for example one puzzle asks ‘using 6 straight lines divide the box into....’ the problem is that the squares have been printed on the slant, making them parallelograms instead of squares, and quite impossible to complete properly because of the slanted print. Not sure if any other puzzlers have found this to be an issue but it left me feeling pretty cheated - especially as when compared to the answers page which is printed with proper square boxes.

Second attempt
As this book comes from Mensa you’d expect all the answers at the back to be correct - they’re not!
