I started on this product and after 2 months or so I picked up the bottle and was reading the ingredients on it and then I realized that I wasn't wearing my reading glasses and I could see the small print. The only thing that I had added to my diet was this supplement and it helped my eye sight. I highly recommend it.

I took this with mutltiple things and I think it helped but mostly I am writing this to correct the reviewer who rated the product 2 stars and claimed she should have thrown out the product because of high dose B-vitamins.First, have you ever heard of someone actually having a toxic effect from taking too many B-vitamins? If that were the case you would be warned about exceeding a number of blueberries in a day or vegetable servings when in fact there is very unlikely to be any harm from these things. Actually, Folate and B-vitamin deficiencies are common even with diets providing nutrients in excess of RDA and use of supplementation. Most B-vitamins are water soluble and thus will simply be eliminated in urine if dosed in excess. The only B vitamin toxicity really with any significance is the supplementation of artificial Folic Acid INSTEAD of FOLATE (this product has the good kind, Folate). Folic acid can build up in those with a mutation in the MTHFR gene, these people are unable to properly metabolizd Folic Acid and thus cannot utilize it. It is conservatively estimated that 40% of Americans have a mutation in MTHFR and an impaired ability to absorb folic acid and requiring supplementation with FOLATE (again, which this product has). So, if you have more energy I would attribute it to your body having a bioavailable form of folate and being able to function the way it was intended to function, optimally. I would also tecommend checking your foods and avoiding Folic Acid and sticking to folate if you believe you may have MTHFR. There are also lots of tests but you will need to wait a number of weeks for results once sending in body fluid samples to labs that offer the genetic test.

I got a brain injury 5 yrs ago. Unfortunately, I know my brain very well and can tell when my prescription medication and/or supplements have kicked in;With a greater amount to overcome than pre-injury it's a challenge. I ended up with Aphasia (knowing exactly what you want to say but brain and speech are not getting along lol), anterograde amnesia (current memory loss), and executive dysfunction (basically difficulty prioritizing, organizing, and staying focused from moment to moment).I keep track of what works and when. I've tried, to my best guess, about a dozen nootropics. They usually take a couple of days to a week to notice, if you do. I felt this product within a day.I can say that there is a noticeable difference not only in my ability to focus, as well as my motivation to start and complete tasks. It hasn't affected the Aphasia, but that is difficult to treat even with prescriptions. Supplements might be asking a little too much.While I still struggle with memory. I have found that this DOES remind me to make lists, to leave some type of reminder tool. Sounds like a double negative, but helping have tools is different than being the tool.So I can't say for people with a normal brain function. If you're like me working from a deficit or just overwhelmed in daily life it has been very helpful.

I’ve been using this product for a little over 6 months and have enjoyed the positive effects. I’ve been getting it through “subscribe & save” and haven’t had an issue up until the most recent bottle I received. The entire label is different - not design-wise, but the orange color as well as all the printed words/information are extremely faded. I had to edit the hell out of the picture of the label because it is so hard to read. Also, although the ingredients seem to be the same, the wording is changed. I highlighted for comparison. Dark orange bottle/label is the one I got in December and is what every bottle up until now has looked like. Light/faded orange is the bottle I just got for January. Something about it just seems really sketchy to me. The “other ingredients” that list what’s in the capsule case itself has the most editing. I will most likely be returning and exchanging for a new bottle. Hopefully that one doesn’t have another questionable, lower quality label. If it does I may be canceling my subscription and searching for a replacement from a different brand. Don’t wanna risk it as I’ve had this happen with other vitamin/supplement brands when ordering through Amazon. I really do like and recommend this supplement - but remember to always beware of what the label looks like.

I decided to try this product as I had recently become interested in nootropics and started with ISO Brain but found that it was too expensive for the amount of ingredients in each capsule. This product is much better value, although it is lacking some of the other products that ISO Brain had so I have added L-Acetyl-Carnitine on its own as you need 2-3 grams per day to see real results and the ISO brain pills only had around 300mg in 2 capsules, as well as 1 body brain support. The 1 body brain support suppliment does have several of the same ingredients in it as this product does but that is ok as I wanted a higher daily dose of those ingredients and it also has a few ingredients that are not in this like Huprazine A. Overall I plan to stick with is product for at least a few months, I have noticed an increase in my ability to store new information as well as increased focus and attention to detail. Also, coincidentally many of these ingredients stimulate nerve growth factor which is important for memory formation but it has also drastically helped with numbness in my thighs from a spinal injury a decade ago. It was painful for a few days as those new neurons over fired but I basically have 90% less numbness in my legs after using the aforementioned products for only about a month or so, pretty cool!
