Quality product and great customer service

Very high quality equipment.
Do not get this and think you’re going to do it like workers on youtube vids if it’s your first time using this type of equipment. Especially if it was your first time hanging sheetrock rock. I was converting an old barn built in the early 50’s so the existing structure wasn’t exactly square. I ended up having to float all the tape lines with traditional methods which I had to learn as I went as well. Turned out very nice. I would only recommend this equipment to professional drywall guys who have a massive work load.

Great quality
I have used these products from level 5 (along with 12” flat box not shown) and so far great success with them and a huge time saver once u get past the learning curve of course since I am an average joe and not a pro. My project will be finished way earlier than doing it by hand and with far better results and not as much wasted compound have and will be buying more products it the future! Also had a issue with the shipping but there customer service person was amazingly helpful in the process A+.

Very nice quality. Good purchase.
They are nice quality. I'm not sure how they compare to others because it is my first flat boxes and pump but they work as expected. Easy setup, well packaged. Some instruction on how everything goes together would be nice but I managed to figure it out. I'm assuming they would expect just pros to buy these. I'm a GC and mud often, just tired of doing everything with a trowel and knives.They've worked great on my last 2 jobs. Very nice, neat clean work, very little sanding after. I'll be buying more Level 5 tools on the future.
