The plant is nice but whatever service was used for shipping tossed this thing around. There was soil EVERYWHERE when it arrived. Save yourself the hassle and go to your local Home Depor or florist.

Love this plant! It came packaged very carefully and was it great shape when I opened it. There was just a little bit of dirt spillage, but that's to be expected. I had already gotten a pot for it so I planted it right away using a mix of potting soil and cactus soil. I placed it on my front porch next to a bench from Target. The plant seems to be thriving. I get morning sun in this location. I only water it every couple weeks and when I do I've been fertilizing with  J R Peters Inc Jacks 51508 Classic 15-30-15 Houseplant Special Fertilizer, 8-Ounce . I live in North Carolina so I will have to bring it inside in the winter.

I have bought many plant from you all and this is the first disappointment I have received. I like the plant but it didn't live but maybe a week or two leaves started falling off excessively. I have a green thumb and I think that this plant was in shock and never recover

I was skeptical ordering plants online with the price so low I didn't really expect much. But boy what I got was amazing! Big beautiful plant with only a few leaves broken. The shipping box was a bit smashed but the tree itself was well wrapped and soil was still moist. I can say I would buy from this seller again.

I got a very tiny plant tho I purchased the larger size. I cant figure out how to contact seller to see if they sent me right one.

Beautiful plant arrived in perfect condition. It's huge! I'm waiting for my son to transplant it for me because it's too heavy to do it myself.
