Poor adhesive
Really enjoyed this product until I came home after a few days post install to find the strips have completely detached from the wall. After reinstalling with tape, they have fallen off 5+ times... useless if you ask me. I bought these to add lighting to my dark closet space, the concept is good but very awkward using with corners or 90 degree angle. Would give 4 stars (agree install and app is bit ambiguous) if they would stay stuck to my darn wall.

poor quality connections
I have bought three of these and the controller has malfunctioned due to the connecting pins bending and snapping because of loose connecting, or in the case of the third one I bought - which I bought only to get a new controller to replace the broken one, as I have not seen where they are sold separately - the controller broke before I even got it plugged in a single time. Immediately on trying to hook it up the pins bent and I was being VERY careful, knowing that this was an issue with the previous controller.the adhesion isnt great, but its easy enough to overcome with a little ingenuity and a lot of unneccesary effort. One of the three of the strips I bought actually works, so the best I can do is give it a 1/3 approval It does work fine when it does work, but I wouldnt bank on a 33% success rate. Would not recommend. would not buy again.

EXTREMELY fragile.
I bought this and the power attachment broke so I get another in thoughts that maybe I was too rough and it was my fault but I was super gentle and this one broke while putting it up and then proceeded to fall to the ground because the adhesive won’t stick to the walls.

Even for the price, not worth it
Don't do it. Just spend the extra $10 and get a better set. I'd even recommend the overpriced hue strip at this point.Worked great for about a week. Out of the blue, the clear white lights wouldn't go out. Being a nerd, I pulled the wiring apart, cut a section off the strip, tested it from both ends etc, no dice. Clear whites still on. Checked the solder on the board, clean there. Then checked the outs and seems the controller on the board got stuck somewhere and things went south.I'm buying another one because I'm a glutton for punishment and we'll see if that one holds up. If so, I'll already have about 15 feet of an extension!My advice is to definitely look elsewhere for budget strip lighting.

Makes me happy :)
This is installed in my bathroom connected with my Alexa unit. I enjoy a spa like atmosphere and can change the colors by voice command. I also like that it can act as a nightlight if I like.

Great for the price
The adhesive is pretty bad it fell off instantly from my cabinets but I used the included brackets and that works just fine. I imagine the adhesive will work great on a smooth surface but overall these are great and I love the different colors, effects and scenes. Plus it’s like $100 cheaper than the Hue alternative so it’s well worth buying

Great accent lighting
Great lighting for the money. Works flawlessly with Alexa and the lighting is vivid and bright. One work of caution. Don’t ram rod the connector. Install it, connect it, and leave it alone. The smart plugs are awesome too.

Buen funcionamiento y muy fácil la instalación
La intensidad de la tira es bastante buena (yo la necesitaba para agregar luz ambiental a la cocina) así como las opciones de colores o ambientes ya definidos. La app permite agrupar varias tiras y controlarlas con un solo click, así como configurar temporizadores.La instalación fue fácil, nada complicado para conectarlas a las wifi. El pegamento en una de las tiras estaba un poco pastoso pero de todas formas pegó bien y hasta ahora (1 mes después) no se ha despegado.

Muy buena calidad
Me gustó que trajera también pequeñas herraduras plásticas con sus tornillos para fijarlas, además del adhesivo posterior a lo largo de toda la tira. Funciona perfecto con Alexa y Google Assistant.

Producto con defecto.
La tira de LED esta bien hecha y se ve muy bien. Lleva 3 leds, luz fria, calidad y el que cambia de color. Desafortunadamente el que me llego y no funciona la luz calida, la enviaré de regreso y compraré otra, pues esta muy bien el producto.

Excelente, tiene buenos escenarios para de luces y funciona bien control por voz en Google home, se puede programar horarios y automatizarlo con encendido en cortana Xbox
