I wanted to wait to give my review until I had this for at least 6 months. Despite the negative reviews, this is an awesome cutter, plotter, couture cutter! just look at some of the things we have cut for our business. Yes it took time to learn all the little things it can do, but this is the whole reason we bought this because it has more of the professional gadgets that didn't come with a huge price tag.I give this 5 stars because once you learn how to use the software that really is expensive software to buy outright, and the over all performance this thing can do. I highly recommend if you are starting a new business and want that tight, and detailed cut without breaking the bank, then this is it!

i looked forward to this product. When I opened the box I didn't have any of the bundles that was said to come with the cutter, this I waived off due to I was excited to use it. Being familiar with the cutter due to a fellow workmate has one i decided to go with a cutter I know. Every time I try to load the vinyl it can't read the start on the left and when it does, it feeds majority of the roll and says it to long. This is during the loading process. i haven't successfully loaded the machine neither has my workmate who has one. I am returning this Item due to i am unhappy with it. I believe that this cutter is not new and had been used before.

The media could not be loaded. I have been a sign professional since 1986, and have seen the beginning of sign cutters back with the Gerber 4B until now. Everything exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering a stepper, I highly encourage you to save and consider a servo. Wide formats are very expensive I know, but if you’re looking for a smaller size device, you are not going to find anything better than this at this price. I think this entire package is an amazing deal, and if anyone is considering starting a career in sign making this would be an excellent way to start. The machine, software, and the vinyl samples are top notch.

HELP!!!If you don’t wanna loose your mind, do not buy this machine!I’m gonna say this, this machine works incredibly well, Once you’ve figured out how to use it. That’s if you don’t go bald first. The manual that comes with it is whack as all hell. The instructions are minimal and I went through a whole lot of vinyl tryna figure out how to work this machine, only through trial and error not through the manual. There’s also little to no videos online that explains how to setup the machine, in terms of settings. This has to be don’t machines settings as well as the graph Ted studio settings. Sometimes this machine cuts and does things like it’s got a mind of its own. Now for anyone blaming this on my ignorance that’s fine, but I will say that this machine isn’t user friendly. It takes way to much effort in simple task. Unlike the cameo 3 which was pretty much straight forward. Both machine to my understanding is owned by the silhouette co. So there’s not much of a learning curve in using the software. I’m very annoyed.This is my upgrade from my Silhouette Cameo 3 cutter which was good for a time. The cameo is louder and didn’t cut complete lines a lot of the times so I sometimes had to go back in with an exacto knife. That’s even after installing new blades.I wish you luck if you decide to by it! LolAny advice please feel free.

Arrived earlier than expected. Came with all products described. Great price.

Was excited to get what I thought was a higher quality machine over my GCC Bengal. Was excited to have the ability to contour cut. But once with the machine its been a boat anchor and a migraine. Getting the contour cutting to work as been a nightmare. Sometimes when cutting vector stuff get a error about images not fitting on the vinyl but yet they do. Now after 5 months the computer says theres a USB issue. Tried a second computer and same thing but yet support,(which I thought would be much better than GCC, its not. Worse really. Very disappointed in it too) says doesn't use window driver so not a issue but yet can't cut with the stupid thing since the computer won't find it. D/L latest Cutting Master 4.3.30 and didn't fix the issue. Uninstall/Reinstall. REboot. Nothing. Now I wait to see if support answers emails, as they sure as hell don't answer contact support forms from the website... Thought I'd like loading from the front, but don't since space is an issue that way, but that's on me not Graphtec for that. Be prepared to study like a college exam to learn the menu and other software settings. And most of their support videos are for the Graphic Pro software they ship with it, not much for Corel.

The graphtec never arrive, only vinyl. Right now looking what to do
