Inconsistent quality
We ordered 3 sets of these chairs. One set was great. One set was wobbly. One set wouldn't even fully go together all the way. We spoke with Amazon and got a new set. We are having the same issue again--the chairs won't fully go together. It's like we're receiving the "odd" pieces that couldn't be sold in stores--like we're receiving outlet quality pieces. I love the look but will not buy from this company ever again.

Shorter then counter height
Hard to put together but beautiful. Sadly these are only 22 inches tall so very upset as we now sit low to our table.
