1) filter is one of the best i have used so far but Amazon customer care service is poor 2) for that particular size the filter is ideal but you may find same filter for high flow speed which is also available on amazon if u need 3) filter capacity is also depends on type n size of fish, with three shark n two angle and one red tail it is working perfectly for me
