It took me a while to finally have someone swap out the screen, but I finally did, and I'm very glad that I bought this. I realize that this is a replacement part for an older, somewhat off brand phone; but, I was very happy with the phone previously, and I hope to be happy with it again.I just had the new screen installed, so I haven't done everything possible with it yet, but so far I can say that I haven't encountered any dead spots or anything like that yet. The plate on the back of the digitizer had a few minor scratches, but that doesn't seem to affect the performance of the screen.I'm glad I bought this. I might buy another as a backup.

Better to do it yourself than to take it to a store and spend a fortune to fix it.This was relatively easy to install if you know your way around tools and don't mind ripping into your phone's internals. This product arrived earlier than the predicted delivery date. Parts for this phone will soon be difficult to come by.

it's just fine.
Pricey but cheaper than buying another phone. Phone is working again. Didn't have glue to glue it back in so without the case around it, it pops out a bit. With the case on, it's just fine.
