Light works!
We haven't had any issues with the light working & seems pretty bright! It did take a full day to charge though. We installed it very easily one late afternoon, but the light didn't start working until the next night. I love the little extra curb appeal it adds to the mailbox!

Awesome
Bought mailbox kit with planter. Light is an option and well worth the price. Everything fit nicely on my 4x4 post. Light is bright and looks awesome at dark. Solar and led are great together. 👍

These look great on the top of our Mayne mailbox & planter posts, still shine bright & the housing is still white after a year.
The RIGHT items shipped FAST at a GOOD price what more can you ask for? These look great on the top of our Mayne mailbox & planter posts! **UPDATE** 1 year later these still work great. I have a South West exposure. They charge & give good light even in the Winter & on cloudy Summer days. The housing is still bright white & matches the Mayne mailbox & planter posts & my vinyl fence perfectly. I couldn't be happier with these lights. See the pictures I posted with this review.

Works well in a full sun area.
This light works well and came in perfect shape. This is the second one I ordered. The first one I ordered and received had all the plastic tabs used to connect the solar light to the base were broken off.

Mailbox light
This light makes the mailbox more stylish. I would’ve liked if it was brighter.

Light Didn't Last a Month
Aesthetically, this light was exactly what I was looking for. When first mounted the light was fairly bright. After the first few nights, it was not as bright. About 2 weeks later, I noticed it wasn't working. I took the single battery out and put it in a charger and determined the battery was bad. No problem, ordered a pack of "Name Brand" rechargeable AA's and figured I was good. Not so fast, replaced the battery and nothing. I installed a new conventional battery just to check and still nothing. So now I am outside the 30 day return window with a Mayne light that I mounted to the top of my Mayne mailbox post that does not light up. Very disappointed. I would avoid this light.
