An ER doctor I worked with, told me to take juniper berry extract to help prevent UTI’s. I got my elderly parents to take it and they have not had a UTI since. The doctor says it helps you empty your bladder. It is not always easy to find so I ordered my parents three bottles. Fast shipping too.

I bought this to play with adding some gin-like flavor to soda water or mocktails and I'm disappointed with how much I need to use / the strength of the flavor. I put 2 full droppers into a 12oz soda water and there's a hint of juniper to it. Fortunately, the flavor that is there is nice, no gross off-flavors or anything. But I'll be looking (probably an alcohol-based extract) for my future flavor experiments.

I bought this tincture to make mocktails that taste like Gin and Tonic, but this stuff doesn't have any taste at all. I'm sure it has wonderful medicinal properties, and if that's what you're getting it for, it seems like a quality product. But don't buy it for flavoring.

THIS works very well its get excess water out of your system fairly quick

I use this plus tonic syrup blended with iced tea to make a sort of gin&tonic version of hop tea.
