Very happy with this purchase so far. Set up was very easy, but slightly different from normal outlets. Rather than the wires feeding into a screw in the plug, the plug itself has wires clearly labelled L, G, N and comes with twist connectors for the leads.App, IFTT and Google Assistant work great. Don't have Alexa to test with.One other thing that is a little different is that the face plate doesn't screw on, but just fits snugly over the top. The outlet then sticks out a little bit into the room, but it's not too noticeable.

Easy DIY install! Took about 5-min to switch outlet out, and about 10-min to sync to wi-fi and alexa app! We attached outdoor deck lights cord to the outlet and works perfect.

I installed this in my kitchen since we have a lot of devices around us when we are in the kitchen. Everything works perfectly. The quick charge USB ports work amazing and it's nice to have an outlet that does this without having to move a charger back and forth. Easy to install with general electric knowledge. Make sure you have a neutral wire or else this will not work!

Easy installation and easy set up. Works great can set timer each outlet it switched separate or you can turn both on at the same time.

Standard size for replacing a traditional electrical wall outlet, easy intallaon in couple minutes. Before integrating to Google Home app, need to install Smart Life app from Play Store and sign up a new account, it is a little bit not convenient, after a sauccessful setup the wfi outlet with Smart Life and follow instructions of setup device in Google Home, then can remove that app. This outlet is fantastic working well with Google Home, two switches can be swriched on off respectively. And two USB chargers are done what they do, no doute.

Had an old 2 hole outlet and needed an upgrade so it has a ground. This was easy to set up and love the USB ports as well.Also since I have a lot of devices plugged into it, it was great to be able to remotely turn them on and off!Great upgrade from normal outlets!

These outlets were simple enough to install but NEITHER ONE that we purchased will sink with the SmartLife app. They won't go into synchronization mode. We are on the 2.4 network, other smart devices are working with SmartLife. We have tried someone's advice to hold the power button for five seconds but they still don't go into sync mode. We have not gotten any support with this from the seller though I have emailed. The only suggestion from them was that it wouldn't work if I was on 5G--which I am not...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
