Important Note: After purchasing and shipment, the software/driver installing instruction will be sent to the buyers by email, please read it carefully and follow it step by step for successful installation. According to the experience from our customers, most of problems are the software issue. The problem could be software for a 32 bit system being loaded onto a 64 bit system. Most of the people said that these kits do not work, just because they did not get the driver installed correctly on a 64bit/32bit system. If necessary, we can provide remote help by teamviewer, especially for 64bit Windows. please feel free to contact with us. 1.First, please check carefully the ‘Install video’ on the CD and the installing instruction (PDF file sent to buyer by email). The ‘Install video’ on the CD describes how to install Techstream (for 32bit and 64bit windows), and how to install driver for 32bit windows. The installing instruction PDF file is for both 32bit and 64bit windows, including installing instruction for 32bit/64bit OS, and troubleshooting. 2.Please do NOT install any antivirus software, it is best to close/disable/unload it before installing or using the cable and its corresponding software/driver, because the software will not be compatible with any virus protector. 3.TIS Language Available: English, Spanish, French, German, Italy, Japanese, Chinese. 4.If the received CD is out of work, please contact with us, we will send the software link to you to download.
