Functions alright but cannot be used with any desk lamps or light. Only 3 prongs will plug in. This was wildly disappointing because the main reason I purchased this was for lamps and lights. Customer service response was this strip will not work with lights.

Description clearly reads "Compatible with Alexa & Google Home", but when you set it up in Smart Life it only shows Alexa compatibility.Returning it for something I know will work.

This product is terrible! I ordered it for my fish tank so I could time my lights. So far all its done is kill my plants and nearly kill my fish. If the power goes out, the outlet has to be manually restarted. So everytime a small flicker happens my tank shuts down until I can get home and mnaully push the button on the top to reset it. Due to the lack of light because the strip shuts off at the smallest power flicker, my very expensive plants died. Also my filter was plugged into this same strip so one weekend the fish nearly died because of lack of filtration. Because that isn't bad enough the timer only works via internet, EVERYTIME it loses power, you have to reconnect the internet as well. This last time, it wouldn't even attempt to reconnect. So now I have an expensive surge protector that I can't use on anything that needs constant power.

Bought these to replace two existing strips. Initially had trouble attaching to our home wifi. It refused to attach to our primary router, claiming that it was not 2.4. Our primary router is both 2.4 and 5.0. So, I attached it to our secondary router. It also took a little work attaching it to Alexa, but that may have been more operator error.Once everything was set up, they have worked very well. They were easy to set new names to the outlets so that Alexa turns on just the outlet we want.My only complaint is the safety feature. Although I am glad it is there (we now have a one year old running around our home), it did cause some difficulty when plugging in a couple of items. If they continue to work, they will be a great addition.

I'm testing this with Smartthings, Alexa, IFTTT and Google. Works with Alexa OOB. I added it to Smartthings using their custom switch dev tools but it's still not working yet. The Smartthing custom switches appear in IFTTT and Google now but they can't actually control the plugged in devices. I have to use Alexa to control them. I wouldn't recommend it to Smartthings and Google Home users unless you are a developer wanting to solve the incompatibility issue.

This item finally connected to the 2.4gH WiFi, but it won’t stay connected. I took about 2 hours to finally get the strip to be found in Smart Home, it was terrible!! I am a tech geek and live on this Alexa stuff. Most of my house is connected thru Alexa, but this is garbage and needs to be returned!!!

Overall a great power strip. It also looks a lot better then the normal power strips you buy in the store. It integrated easily with Alexa. No complaints with this even from my wife :)

I like because it was easy to program with app and enough sockets for regular power cords and charging cords,wish they had made the base with holes to be able to hang on the wall but still love it.
