I've used Carlson Brands since the late 1960s.
Always a company you can trust. I've been using their supplements for over 50 years. It's the Gamma Tocopherol you want, here it is. Easy to swallow and one a day does it. I take many Carlson supplements.

The Carlson Brand, is one I trust!
The Digestive Enzymes and Gamma E-Gems are excellent and I can tell when I run out... which I try not to let happen.

Great Value!
I stated taking these Vitamin E softgels to help my skin and they really seem to be helping. They are relatively small and easy to swallow. These softgels are odorless and tasteless and can be taken anytime throughout your day. I love that I don't burp after taking these and don't worry about my breath smelling bad either. I have not noticed any side effects with taking these softgels, even on an empty stomach. There are 120 softgels in the bottle and you only take 1 a day so it is a decent value. I love that there is enough to try it for 4 months so you can see how this Vitamin E supplements helps you before you need to invest in another bottle.

Buyer beware!
I noticed at what I thought to be random times, as of late, that I was getting randomly nauseous, tonight being one of them. I had gone back to my routine of taking my iron and vitamin E at night and though I never used to get nauseous from that, I realized one thing had been different - my vitamin E. As I looked back at the other times, I realized I was trying different times with my vitamins - trying to adjust my schedule, and getting a sick feeling stomach (taken the way they were supposed to be, according to directions on the bottle). I’ve traced it back to these - it’s the only thing different. Now, I have been super careful lately (because of so much deceptive advertising) as to where my vitamins come from. For me they have to be made in the USA, and the bottle MUST say so. I know that my advertisement that was in my que said these were made in the USA, or I would NOT have gotten them. But after being sick feeling yet once again, and realizing the change, I looked over my vitamin E and noticed on the bottle that NOWHERE does it say on the bottle that these are made in the United States. It only states an American address for distribution, meaning they are distributed by an American company, not made by an American company, or it would proudly say so. And that’s it. I re-checked the ad, and now, I don’t see anywhere where it says “Made In the USA”. It skirts around that, saying how the business started in Chicago, but does not say where things are made now. It only says they are FDA approved. Not acceptable. These are also extremely overpriced. I would most definitely not recommend this product and warn you to be careful.
