Wacoal Women's Net Effect Bralette

I love this bra!! I have it in 3 colors, all beautiful and very comfortable. I am 36DDD/G and the 36 fits me great. I could use 34 for the band but it’s small on the cups. The band does roll when I sit, but still a lot better that underwire bras. Not a lot of support or lift, but I don’t really need much and I like a natural shape. These are sheer so are see through. Great for TX weather! Would buy every color! Also I think it’s a good price. I would love to see some nice bottoms to match that are not big! I hope they make matching thongs.

Zero support. I wear 32DD in Wacoal and this didn't fit me, the cups were too small. The band was fine although it rolled almost immediately when I put it on. MIGHT be OK for a D cup as long as you don't want any kind of support. It is very thin and see-through and the straps do not adjust- I needed them to shorten up a bit to fit me. It is beautiful, I'll give it that.

What's not funny to me is a drawerful of white bikini underwear and no (nice) white bras to match. (Apparently many good bra manufacturers have recently decided to omit white as a color going forward--at least in the wireless, modern-style category? (Not nice, you guys!) I finally found this bra and grabbed it. The size 32 I bought fits well. My comments below are after having worn the bra 2-3 times a week for two weeks, and after having washed it twice.WHAT I LIKE: Good fitting bra that's still comfortable after 15 hours of wear. Style--Nice, extra wide band at the bottom that doesn't curl up the first day worn after washing; attractive detail that does not show thru under tops/sweaters; no bunching on me.WHAT I'M SO-SO ABOUT: This isn't the kind of bra I'd wear for a week straight. The material seems fairly sturdy but not as much as a traditional bra. It's fairly lightweight. I'm guessing how well the bra holds up will depend on how I treat it. I'm trying to extend its lifetime by only wearing it 2-3 times a week and then washing it (in a garment bag) before I wear it again. I'm also wondering how it will do in the summer months when there's more chance of perspiration. But I'd buy it again. This is the kind of bra I hope to be wearing if ever have a car accident and end up in the ER. :)SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING SMALLER BRA SIZES: If I recall, at least one review seemed to think this bra isn't the greatest for those who wear a small bra size (regardless of cup size). For me, at a size 32, (and a D cup), I feel the fit and appearance under a sweater/top is about as good as any bra I've bought in the past. However, a person who wears a 32A or a 32B may find the size 32 is too big for their cup size.

Update: expect bra to get stretched out (even everyday bras do this over time), so best to have a few of these bras and rotate for longer wear. 2nd pic is amount of stretch over 4 months compared to the newer bra. Still, very comfortable and supportive sleep bra; will buy again if available.First off, I would not consider this anything but a sleep/leisure bra. I felt it was a good idea at a 34D to start wearing a bra for sleep. I ordered a 36D, but the band was too long (sometimes I wear a 36; mostly a 34), so go with your normal size. I'm impressed at the support & fabric did not feel scratchy (other reviewers did). I tried other wireless bras (like Bali) and the support was not there-- still want some support even if wearing to bed. Given the gauge of the lightweight mesh, I'll check back in as far as durability. All in all, a good purchase for me!

TLDR;Wacoal has been my go to brand for years. I trust their quality and longevity. They work well for full figures. I do try to find them on sale- but they are worth the full price. This bralette is well built with good support but will not work for very busty girls or breast tissue towards the sides.I purchased a size 38-My measured size is 38H. I'm 5'9" and 260lbs. I have a lot of breast tissue towards my sides, they are pendulous ma'dams, and they don't sit super close together.Pros- No wires! Good Support! The shoulder straps were really comfortable, and the band provided a lot of support. There is full coverage on the front, and I didnt feel like I was going to spill out. This is a good choice for girls that are a bit further apart, as it allows for breathing room. The color and the design were beautiful. The band was thick, sturdy, and felt true to size- but it did roll up some.Cons: The bra does stretch- but- the lace feels very delicate. I was afraid I was going to accidentally poke a finger through it when taking it out of the bag. The bra was not meant for those of us with breast tissue on the sides. There wasn't anywhere for it to go and it was uncomfy and not practical for me. The cup was full coverage, but with my size- it was pushing it.I'll be returning this, but this bralette will work well for someone looking for a good value, beautiful full-figure bra that is well made and has great band support . This won't work well if you are very busty- i'd say above a DDD. I wouldn't recommend if you have a lot of side breast tissue either.

Love the look, finally a bralette for bigger gals. Was surprised at the support. It's no underwire, the girls ain't up there; but they are comfortably tucked away and I feel modest enough to wear this to work or out and about. The wide straps dont slide. They do leave marks on my shoulder from the seams. And I feel like this is a great improvement from the uniboob of my sports bras, as this gives a little more separation. Breathable and the lace is beautiful. I've purchased in black, navy, white, and powder blue! Size 42DD
