The flour is the best you buy, price is excellent, shipping is quick. Variable wrapping for shipping- On first order, the paper sacks were wrapped tightly in additional heavy plastic bags, sealed and labelled "Ready For Shipping". Second order, maybe an off day in the warehouse-- the paper flour sacks had no additional wrapping, and only marginally adequate amount brown paper in the carton to prevent slipping in the carton. A few tablespoons of flour had worked its way out of the bags and into the carton. No apparent problem, but had there been a delay in transit or opening the carton, there is the potential for damage due to moisture or weevils when a grain product is not more securely wrapped.

The ONLY bread flour I will buy. I use this for my sourdough starter and to make sourdough bread and other sourdough recipes. I love that its organic. The taste is excellent. This flour is white and always fresh. Sourdough is great for your gut and knowing this is organic is peace of mind that there are no harmful ingredients. 10/10 recommend.

Packaged well for shipping (although I do feel like shipping took a hit minutes- but then again, I did order like 5 bags lol). It seems like at Publix and the Fresh Market - really anywhere I go that sells Organic Bread Flour, only sells them in the small 2-3 lb bags. I started getting into making my own sourdough bread and only use organic ingredients- so I go through a lot of bread flour- especially when feeding my starter. Great quality, taste, and value for the quantity and size. I will be ordering again when I need to replenish (or like a week before I actually need to replenish lol).

Love the King Arthur organic bread flour. I recently started making homemade sourdough bread, and it comes out great with this flour.

I am very upset when I open my package. One of the flour package is broken. Half bag of flour has been thrown away. I wonder why flour not doubled packed like past order. I

I’m new to baking sourdough & everyone recommends King Arthur organic bread flour for a reason! If you want consistent results, this is the way to go. Best taste, best results.I put too much work into making sourdough, to waste it by going the cheap route on some no-name flour. This is worth it.My daughter is not celiac, but is gluten-sensitive. She does not have any reaction to sourdough made with this KA organic bread flour. It’s good to have an option that works for her!

Great flour, had to stop using it, allergic to gluten.

My order arrived in a big box with several items. The bag of flour was just thrown in there without any protective wrapping around it. It's bring a leak and there was flour all over everything.
