Extremely sharp knives and self sharpening holder is a big bonus.

Bought as a Christmas present for my son and daughter in law they was so impressed my son said only knife he’s ever owned that actually cuts tomatoes 🍅 inside of squashing emm and was really impressed with the self sharpening block

Prompt delivery and a nice product. One minor niggle was dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Superb customer service, well worthy of praise. So I bought some steak knives from them as well.

Had these for two years and now going to bin them. Every knife edge is jagged. I'm an ex chef so know how to look after knives but these are rubbish metal.

I'm impressed with these knives overall, however I have to say I am somewhat surprised by the quality control as the box came sealed, yet two of the knives had sticky marks/residue on the handles, and those and another knife were slightly scuffed, again on the handles.The knife block itself also seems to be slightly worn on one of the edges, but I have no reason to believe these have been returned at any point, as all the packaging was intact.Otherwise, they're good. The self-sharpening is a great feature for the block to have, and it is very satisfying to remove and replace the knives when using.The only thing other than that that bothers me is that the knives don't all sit in the same position in the block. It's not a particularly snug fit, and some handles sit higher/lower than the others.30 year guarantee is excellent, although I would hope it's not necessary.
