Coleman Performance 30 QT Kühler 28L

Used this to take food away for a few days in a caravan. It is very sturdy and keeps things cool. My dog is on raw food and the blocks that I took with us were still fully frozen after 7 hours travel.Other reviews mentioned lid being hard to open but this is a good thing as it seals tightly when closed keeping everything at the same temperature as it was when it was put in.I also used ice blocks to keep things chilled and even these were still frozen when I opened cooler box.Definitely recommend this box. I wasn't sure it would be big enough but the size is great, you'll be surprised how much you can get in it

We purchased the cool box for our holiday trip on the south coast of England. We were travelling from Scotland and stopping off overnight to break up the journey. We used the box to store the frozen and chilled food we were taking for our week of self catering. The food was still frozen when we arrived and the ice packs still frozen. I think we could have got 3 days of chilled food from the box. The lid was necessarily tight to ensure the food was kept to the optimum temperature. It was easy enough to release the pressure to open the box. When unpacking the contents I used the handle to prop open the lid. It had plenty of capacity to hold our food and a lot more had we needed it. This has been a great purchase and a valuable addition to a successful trip. I would highly recommend this cool box.

Used over summer on camping trip. Kept ice frozen over night and into next day. Sturdy. Plenty of room inside for food/ beers etc. Well made as you would expect from the brand (have a mixed fuel camp stove made by Coleman’s for many years and it has not failed me to date).

I bought this for camping this year, I usually use just a soft foldable cool bag but wanted something that would keep things upright. Wasn't sure what to buy, thought all cool boxes were the same but I'm wrong, so glad I chose this one. Boasts it can keep things cool for longer and wow definitely does, worth the extra spend. I used 4 x 400ml (chunky) ice blocks which stayed solid for 36 hours and kept the box cool for 48 hours. I used it again on a picnic day trip, 2 x 400ml ice block but also half a bag of ice cubes, wanted the ice for drinks but didn't think it would still be ice due to the day getting up to 26! Ice was in the box for 5 hours before I opened it and the ice was still ice! Strong with 2 cup/can holders on the lid, overall, exactly as described and very happy I bought it.

This item does keep the frozen items cold as advertised with ice packs.

I fit alot of beers into this with 3 big bags of ice. I used this for a festival in mid august and the ice was there until around day 3 of 4 but fortunately i ran out of beer so wasnt an issue. This was kept inside a tent at all times so the inside temp was high, i think if it was cold the whole time the ice would last probably 5-6 days without any real issue. The top of the lid seals nicely down and quality wise is exactly what you need from a cheaper cooler.
