I have used Stevia for years since finding out I can’t take artificial sweetenersNatural Sweetener.Nice big container, use it mainly on fruit and in drinks like coffee and teas.

Unfortunately, not for me.
When it arrived I started using immediately. the texture was excellent, just like sugar. Excellent taste, a little sweeter than sugar, so I used less on my tea and cereal than I would usually use. It was ok for about a week.Then I started feeling a bit washed out, getting fed up and lack lustre. I thought long and hard, and this was the only thing I had altered in my diet. I decided to stop for a while and returned to sugar, just to see if my demeanour changed. It did, within 48 hours.I am disappointed it didn't work for me. It obviously works for other people.
