Q: How is the spray cleaner when used on dry erase marker that's been left on the whiteboard for a long time?

I have found through the years, that this Expo spray cleaner is the best when it comes to eliminating old marker. I've not had any issues with the cleaner removing any dry erase marker, no matter how long it has been on a whiteboard or a dry erase surface. I will just say it does not remove permanent marker, though, nor does it remove dry erase marker from a different type of surface. A fellow teacher once mistakenly wrote with a dry erase marker on a projection screen and this did not work to remove it. But if you use it for its intended purpose, it should work great.

Q: Approximately what is the longevity of each marker? Do the darker colors last longer than the brighter colors?

I have been using these markers a few times a week for a few months and only one of them has run dry.

Q: Why won't amazon let me return this? These are complete garbage, no ink or dried ink.

The markers I got work great I've had them for about 2 months now. I haven't had to return them so I'm not sure about the return policy

Q: How much does it weigh in the packaging?

I live expo markers and these are the best ones they don’t smell as strong and they write pretty smooth and erase without a trace!
