So I came across Moringa powder on my instagram feeds. I was skeptical. The suggestion was to use add the tablets (but I use the a teaspoon of powder) to warm water, a pinch of cayenne powder, some sweetener (I use honey) and drink first thing. Only been doing this for 3 days and for me the results have been immediate. My bloating has disappeared immediately. I do have to be close to a toilet for an hour or two straight afterwards but after that I’m fine for the remainder of the day. Definitely recommend this for bloating and for the price it’s worth a go.

It was soo gross I had to return it.I’m sure it has many health benefits and there was nothing wrong with the product in itself but I cannot stomach the taste and I am regular matcha drinker also.
