Good grip and nylon is perfect for earring wiring!

I use this to pull needles through leather. My finger dexterity goes down fast when saddle stitching so this helps a lot.

Durable, great grip,the comfort in my hands is great. Easy to use and the size is just right for the storage space.

I haven't use them yet, but comparing them to my other flat jaw pliers, round tip and flush cutters, this a much better quality product. I didn't mind buy the cheap wire weaving/cutting tool kit to learn wire weaving first. I'll be upgrading my other tools with this brand because Ilike this product's feel, duribility, performance and size. I never thought about size being a problem. I do have small hands so the tinier tools seemed to be okay for me. Or for those really detailed tiny wire-weaving weaves that require a smaller tool. I also like the pads on the jaws for protecting the wire and gems.Notice on my other tools I used a green protective tape to wrap the plier ends so they would not scratch my product. I have ordered Magic Tool to see if it helps better than taping. This tape is the same tape used for any job requiring your hands and fingers to be protected while you work with any unshielded wire.

After trying another wire straightener, I realized I was completely wasting my time. Why did I wait so long before buying this small piece of magic and utter satisfaction??Just a few days ago, I took apart a piece that I had wire wrapped quite awhile ago. While looking through my various pieces of jewelry, getting ready to put together numerous designs for a donation/silent auction, I just didn’t like that particular piece any longer. And I figured it would be a great piece on which to try this tool for the first time. Believe me, I figured that long length of copper wire was heading for the trash…After several attempts to unwrap the pendant, ending up with a curled and severely bent section of wire, I ran the tool down that wire and….ended up with what looked like wire right off the spool! Unbelievable! Mere seconds and I had my wire back…I didn’t believe my eyes and actually put it under my OttLite, looked through the large magnifier and yes, it looked like new!!If you do any wire working, this tool is a definite must have. I know you can use your fingers, but why take the chance of hurting yourself and ending up with an unusable piece of wire? You’ll be pleased you made this purchase!

It seems to be well made, I used it to straighten aluminum wire I unwound and reused.

A bit too big and cumbersome. Not easy for elderly hands to open and close.
