This handle work great. We used to have a previous model that wasn't as good.It gets my fingerprint right on the first attempt most of the times, its bluetooth works well, it doesn't use up the batteries too quickly, and has nice functions through the app.

breakdown very quickly returned two in 4 weeks. not value for money

I bought this lock to protect my bedroom from my nosey ex wife. It's perfect. Multiple ways to unlock the door ranging from keys, fobs, fingerprints and phone app. You can also unlock using a combination pad.

Handyman review - I don’t usually write reviews - but here we go.Please consider this lock because apart from the latch everything else is very good.The smart lock feels heavy and is quality.So, after drilling the door and nearly completing the install, I found the adjustable latch (60-70mm) to be an issue. Turning the handle did not open the door it felt like the latch had failed. The Latch - If it is not at 60mm or 70mm the latch does not work. It does NOT work between 61mm to 69mm and could damage the latch if not installed at 60 - 70mm. If you look very carefully at the latch it has a marking of 45degree on it. it seems the latch works best at 45 degree (the square inner part) but then the handle will not fit as that is designed for 0 degree (as shown in the picture). The door handle turns 45 degree to open the door. My advice is to bin the latch an purchase another "tubular latch 60mm backset" like I did. These latches are cheap but I went for a £6 one, wanted a better quality one. £6 did get me a good quality latch with a 60mm backset. After installing the first lock and having an issue with the latch, I ordered a second one just to see if the latch I got was faulty, unfortunately the second latch had the same issue and I did not trust it enough to fit it, even if it was fitted at 60mm.Another issue I had was the cable length between the front and rear. This is too long and nowhere to hide it. I drilled a larger hole in the door and hid the cable in there. Also, the cable on the front part is above the connecting screw, the cable for the rear part is below the connecting screw so a bit of a misalignment there, but I hid the cable in a larger door hole.Positives:App - It connects via Bluetooth out of the box, and was easy to connect. Forget the instructions just download the app and use that to configure the smart lock. Then the functions are great, 2 smart cards are in the box which are really easy to configure, the finger print reader worked for all family members and easy to configure. The access code was not 100% easy to program, as it gives you a code first which you can change (just an extra step to change it, but it would be nice if you decided the number first, and not have to go in and change it). The 3 keys supplied fit into the bottom of the lock and to be honest when turned get in the way of the door frame but do work for an emergency. Another nice feature is the ability to download the access log. You can see whom opened the door at which time (via Bluetooth). I know you can buy a hub for this lock but I have not purchased that.I have inclued some screen shots of the app - You can see a Passcode can be timed - so that you can give access to people for a certain time frame (time and day access). (this will be handy for a bnb or deliveries) - There are also permanent, One-time for 6hours only :( Passcodes dont like the 6 hours only, Custom which is easier to program than Permanent Passcode, Recurring Passcode - timed for single day or Daily or Workday or Weekend. All in all a lot of functions.Again I will say I am happy with the total install and feel of the HAIFUAN M20 Bluetooth Digital Lock. I would recommend it, providing the supplied latch is replaced.The reason for the 4 star is due the supplied latch. The latch is not a part made by HAIFUAN it is made by e-Hardware

To be clear about this smart lock and many others like it : It seems when you exit the door and close the door shut the internals disengage the handle on the outside making it impossible to just re enter without a pass/key/card etc, but on the inside when the door is locked/disengaged a child or big dog can easily pull the handle down and the door will open - there is no way of locking the door on the inside, so its not very child safe

It’s user friendly and quite secure
