Q: Does this harp come tuned?

No harp is shipped tuned. It could damage the instrument.

Q: Where is this harp made?

The box had markings from Pakistan. I had to return mine and ask for a refund, as it was damaged in a way that could not have occurred in shipping/handling. Wherever it was made, it was done so cheaply. It is NOT a Roosebeck, but rather a cheaply made knock off.

Q: I have this harp and i lost the harp tuning key. what size is the key so i can get a new one? or can i order one from you?
