I received the item on time but had missing items. After contacting the seller and the manufacturer, I had prompt response from both the parties. I received the missing items intact within a short time.The unit works without much noise. the scrapper and dough maker are great optional additions which does perfectly . its quite sturdy and heavier at base and prevents slips and falls...
