House of Tsang Stir Fry Sauce General Tsao 12.3 OZ(Pack of 2)

Very tasty. I use it in stir-fry and also Ramen noodles and oriental soups.

I discovered this sauce in the grocery stores years ago but about 2-3 years ago it slowly disappeared nearly completely so much so that I couldn’t find it in any of the Grocery stores in my City or any near Cities so I decided to search Amazon & there is where I found it but as with everything else it too is very costly from when I began using it. I wished Amazon would lower the price per bottle & give options to buy multiple bottles at a much lowered price & I’ll tell you why, it’s because you can use it on your chicken of all sorts, I love to hammer or use my needled tenderizing device on chicken breasts or meats of your choice, I then brown the meat on both sides in butter & drizzling this delicious sauce all over the meat & then I make white Jasmine rice with baked Asparagus 15 minutes topped with butter & Susie Q’s seasoning or Lawry’s Season Salt & I use fine ground pepper then I top it generously with Parmesan Cheese, then I take the Asparagus out of the oven to turn them over & over gently with a pair of tongs before sprinkling on more Parmesan Cheese, I then broil the Asparagus for about 10 mins to brown the Parmesan & Butter topping, so very delicious. To complete my meal & while the oven is on broil I take a box of frozen garlic cheese bread & broil the box of 8 & I stand right there making sure to move the toast around as they tend to brown up better in certain areas verses other areas in my broiler plus remembering they are under the “BROILER” which makes them cook & brown up so nicely with your “UNDIVIDED ATTENTION” so do NOT get side tracked & start doing anything else because you have to babysit the Garlic Toast so none of them get burnt, this is the ONLY tedious part of this easy peasy meal I just love to make with your meats of choice & side dishes of choice which with steak I will make my whipped mashed potatoes along with a nice Salad drizzled with Olive Oil, BalsamicGlaze, then toss with a small amount of crushed up feta to make it sorta creamy to cover your greens & goodies that you chop up “Finely” in your Salads. I found that everyone loves the way I chop everything so slivered up & just enough for flavor making sure that if I use cucumber that I make the slices quartered & thin verses huge or thick chunks, the quartered thin are much more enjoyable to the one’s palate I’ve found out. Also FYI when adding lots of goodies which is absolutely fine & ever so delicious just make sure not to out do the greens, you must have more greens to goodies ratio.
