Nice sturdy pack with more padding for comfort on shoulder straps than most packs this size. I like the adjustable straps around the water bottle pockets. Top loop Fits snugly on handle of my carry-on luggage. Will easily fit under airplane seat. Lots of pockets. Quality zippers too. There are lighter packs but No way will this pack fall apart on the first use. Good, trustworthy brand and well designed. Will use as personal item on trips and will pack small empty handbag in carry-on.

Definitely worth the money! It’s comfortable on my back, the backing and straps over your shoulders are breathable and there are clips and straps for around your waist and chest. Place for water bladder if needed, plenty of storage space for a day hike.

This is a very good small-sized backpack that can be used for travel. Although a 10L pack may be more ideal in some scenarios, I can fit my 15-inch Macbook in this. The Magma Brown looks much better in person than the online images.Also, I found the upper and lower straps that wrap around your torso to be very annoying. Luckily (or maybe this is intentional on the part of the designers), you can cut them off and completely remove both straps such that that there are no cuts/damage remaining on the pack once your done. The only thing that remains is the small plastic loops on the upper shoulder straps and that plastic strap-resizing thing from the lower straps, which is sowed into the backpack.

I returned this color and get the grey instead:I needed a day bag if I go out with my toddler and need to have my stuff too all in one bag, and it did the purpose in great way and even felt lighter than I thought, I guess because of the signature back design that makes osprey items so comfy. (I had 25 l back pack same brand for years and worked great in my hiking trails).I went for long hikes with it: one to the Zoo, and another in NYC (6 hours of walking). I noticed when I added my leather jacket (was big but not heavy), it felt not comfortable and the straps kinda hurt my shoulders. So the Zoo trip was later and I put necessary stuff there and worked great for 3 hours of walking.

Took this to the British Isles for a 15 day trip and it worked out well. On the floor of an airplane over the pond it still leaves room for your feet and carries quite a bit. I just wish it had an internal zipper pocket to store a passport and some cash. Water bottle pockets are perfect and deep, stretchy material holds the bottle tightly. Zippers are very smooth and the pulls are handy. Overall just the right size at 13 liters if you are not packing the kitchen sink. Please just add an internal zipper pocket.

PERFECT. Great size for a day hike or for travel. Incredible quality and enough pockets for organized stuff.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect Disneyland backpack! We also take it to any of our day outings. Great backpack and wears really well. Hubby kept borrowing our teenagers so I had to come back and by him his own.
