Ice Socks
Nice!! I have idiopathic neuropathy and night time is always a painful experience for me.These socks are wonderful. I slip the ice packets into the slots and off to sleep I go.

They Run Small
These are nice quality, and I like that I can change the position of the cold packs.But if you’re buying them, be careful regarding the size. I wear an 8.5 abd a medium sock, but the S/M size I ordered is very small. I’d say that if your shoe size is a 7 or larger you should get the L.

Great price and quality
If anyone is looking for something to cool your feet down for diabetic neuropathy these are what you need. There socks with pockets and gel packets you stick the freezer and then in the socks.

Not great, and non-refundable
These socks are super tight and you can barely get your foot in, the opening and actual "sock" part are very tightly sewn. I bought the S/M and can't even get a size 6 foot in. The gel pads harden when frozen as well, so you're not able to slide your foot in at all.This company does NOT allow refunds on amazon, so I'm trying to go through the manufacturer website and have not had good luck. Sad that I won't get the money back, what a waste.

Consider sizing up - especially if injured
My foot, when healthy is very narrow and runs 7-7.5. I am unable to wear the size small with my swollen foot/ankle - I am 6 weeks post surgery. Product does not stretch at all. I had hopes that a product marketed for an injured body part might have some “give” to it. The heel seam run short even for my uninsured foot.
