Defective product... koi bhi packing nahi tha.. electronic goods aise Kaun bhejta hai! Upar se non returnable option bhison dal diya.. yeh keya baat hai bhai! Agar product Defective milega to return or replace to Banta Hai. Very disappointing!!!!

Good product. durable. Requires 2 button cells cr model. Only downside is that It doesn't have selective deletion. All things are Gone at just a Click. A small Whiteboard would do the same thing. Just hassle for ink. But here you need cells after a long time.
