Why did you pick this product vs others?:The chair is really comfortable. Quality of mesh and fabric is also top notch. Some of the plastics parts do feel cheap but it's not a deal breaker because quality of hydraulic feels really goood cushion Overall is also soft and comfy. Lumbar support is average. The headrest also avg. I would suggest go for midback variant. The headrest is usefull only when you lean back. assembly is really simple anyone can do it. Some of the part's which you don't see normally have some quality issues

I've been using the Green Soul ergonomic office chair since 27 May 2025, and so far, it's been a great experience. The chair offers excellent back support, and the adjustable features really help with long working hours. Build quality feels premium, and adjustable features keeps things comfortable. I have back pain problem so back and neck/head support is very important for me. Back support is good in this chair, but could have been better by adding a bigger lumbar support than what they currently have. I'm using a small pillow for now. Seat cushioning is also adequate. Wheels are good quality, seat height and backrest angle adjustment is also satisfactory. Head and neck support is also okay, but could be a little better by maybe adding a neckrest or more cushioning and better height and angle adjustment on the headrest. Overall satisfied with this product.
