Setup was simple and straightforward—even she was able to follow the instructions without needing much help. I bought the Canon PIXMA TR4720 All-in-One Wireless Printer for my home-based business, Sterling's Script & Print, and it's been an excellent addition to my setup. I use it daily for printing resumes, cover letters, contracts, and more and it handles everything smoothly.Setup was simple, and I love the convenience of mobile printing and the Auto Document Feeder. The print quality is sharp and professional, which is essential for the services I offer. It’s quiet, efficient, and doesn’t take up too much space.What really impressed me was that it came with two sealed ink cartridges, one black and one color. That was a nice bonus and added great value right out of the box.Overall, this printer meets all my business needs and has made my workflow more efficient. Highly recommend it for anyone working from home or running a small business!

Does not have automatic double sided printing. You have to do double sided printing manually with this printer. And the ink supply runs out pretty quickly. But it is a cheap laser printer. And most cheap laser printers have a limited ink supply. So it is pretty normal for a cheap laser printer.The photos are pretty good for a cheap laser printer. But again, do not expect to get a lot of prints off the limited ink supply.If you want a lot of printed projects that use a lot of ink, get a large capacity printer. They are more expensive than laser printers. But they can give you more printouts before you need to put in more ink. Unfortunately, with some large capacity printers you have to refill the ink yourself because they do not have easy to replace cartridges like the laser printers. And avoid recyclable or reusable ink cartridges. They can leak and ruin your printer.This printer is a good quality laser printer, despite the manual double sided printing. It will function as well as any other laser printer brand and print nice quality pictures. Just remember, is a laser printer. They will mess up your prints at times due to ink clogs, human error, and occasionally internet connection problems. It is something that they will all do. But this printer will scan and print very clear pictures and documents. Canon also sells cameras. They know good quality photos when they see them. Try out their cameras sometime too. They are wonderful once you learn about them and are not too complicated to use.

At first this printer was what I thought to be perfect for my little home office. The set up was easy, directions clear and understandable. After a 3 months of use i can no longer get the printer to align. The pictures printed are blurry and words are smeared and unclear. After going through the troubleshoot options and cleaning processes it still does not print as desired. The scanner works great. Scan documents directly to my laptop and my phone. It has a small design which is good for small spaces. The color printing could be better. For what the product costs I wasn't expecting anything spectacular but the quality of the printing is very poor. The printer seems fairly durable so far.

This printer is excellent, makes great black ink / color ink copies. Printer is attractive, sturdy, a little heavy in weight like a printer would be. This is an "office" printer, for anyone thinking this is a lightweight, bedroom printer.......NO, this is an office printer. Set-up was a little adventurous, because it's not really detailed how to load the paper in front and so we searched for a Youtube video and found one. At that point, it was as smooth as glass. Note: you have to have the printer turned on, in order to go through the step-by-step instructions for set-up. PRINTER DOES NOT COME WITH PAPER. Make sure you buy paper if you don't have some. We bought HP paper on Amazon. Printer comes with one black ink cartridge, and one color ink cartridge. Make sure you read the RED & WHITE colored flyer that says SETUP INSTRUCTIONS. From that point, you can either connect the printer directly to your computer (if you have the correct jack), or you can download the app and print from there (we had to download the app). Make sure you SAVE the printer to your DEVICES on your computer. We're not trying to give instructions, insulting people for not knowing these things. On the contrary, we're not "tech-y" people here in this house, and so we had to figure out all these things that tech-y people would think is just automatically known. We're very happy with this purchase. Thank you Amazon, for selling this printer. It was also better-priced and with faster shipping than other stores we checked out online.

I am a long time,loyal HP owner, so this is my first time buying something else and I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised! It was extremely easy to set up, the price was in my price range, the print quality is awesome, and the ink seems to be similar to what I'm used to. No better, no worse. It is a bit costly to replace, so I am very cautious as far as usage. Overall, very impressive, and I would definitely check out their other products after this.
