Unable to unscrew the tips
Great quality and build but the spare tip arrived bent and therefore not of any use. The tips attached to the tool serve its purpose but they were attached too tight and I was unable to loosen it

How did I manage without this!
Amazing product, good value compared to competition, the knife blade as well as normal spring bar tool is what sold me. Now I can change my tudor black bay leather strap as well as the bracelet in about 2 minutes.

Very useful item. Although I had to take all the pins out and classify them by size, but nothing out of this plantet. It took me about 15 minutes to do so.
